Support YOUR Community Hospice.

Join our team of hikers! Collect pledges, stroll with us through Sheppard’s Bush and join us for lunch afterwards.


Registration 2 choices:


1. ONLINERegister online at the hike website

You will be guided on how to solicit donations via email and keep track of your progress. A charitable tax receipt will be issued instantly once the payment has been processed.


2. MANUALLY: Phone or Email the office to let us know you are participating. Use the pledge form (can be printed above OR come pick one up at the office) to collect your pledges. Submit pledge sheet and donations on the day of the hike. Charitable tax receipts will be issued following the Hike (for donations $20 or more).


Registration 10:00 a.m.

Hike 10:30 a.m.

Lunch 12:00 noon

Pledge sheets are available in the office or via the above link.


Please call or email us by Monday April 30, 2018 to let us know whether or not you will be joining us for lunch after the hike.


Unfortunately, due to low participation, Hope House Hike for Hospice is cancelled this year.
