Hope House Community Hospice (Hope House) thanks the Ontario Trillium Foundation for their support through the Resilient Communities Fund. This grant has been supporting Hope House to rebuild and recover from the impacts of COVID-19 by helping to establish a clear path forward to strengthen our organization for the challenges to come.
The Resilient Communities Fund has supported Hope House to:

  • Hire a consultant to guide a planning exercise to establish a 3-year organization strategic plan

  • Hire a part-time Fund Development Coordinator for one year to support fund raising initiatives and develop a fund development plan

  •  Hire a part-time Community Engagement Coordinator for one year to develop a framework to increase community support connections, increase client referrals and enhance the volunteer program

Our Journey of Compassion is our strategic plan to guide Hope House for the next three years.

Looking forward to seeing you and sharing our exciting plan!
