BEREAVEMENT BISTRO: A morning drop-in bereavement group for adults who are experiencing the death of a loved one. An opportunity for support & conversation.

Grief can impact the body, mind and spirit. Our Wellness Programs offer a circle of supports to attend to your sense of wellbeing and resiliency through engaging and renewing holistic self-care practices & enlivened sessions.
