Grief & Bereavement Support

A compassionate place to grieve, remember, and begin to heal.

Grief is a deeply personal experience that affects everyone differently. At Hope House, we offer grief support programs that honour each person’s unique journey. Whether your loss is recent or many years past, our bereavement services provide understanding, connection, and gentle guidance as you navigate life after loss.

How Our Programs Work

Who It’s For

Our grief and bereavement programs are for adults aged 18 and older who are coping with the death of someone significant—at any point in their grief journey.

We also provide support to children, youth and families through our HUUG Program.

Our Approach

Bereavement is the process of adjusting to life after the death of a loved one. This loss can be profoundly painful and is often one of the most challenging experiences a person faces. Hope House understands that no two grief journeys are the same. Our role is to walk alongside you with compassion, care, and support options that meet you where you are—emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
