Hope House wellness programs focus on renewing and supporting a sense of wellbeing, connection and community for those navigating bereavement, serious health challenges as well as for caregivers.
These programs offer a soft place to land, an opportunity to pause and take a breath and create the space to attend to the body, mind and spirit.

CHAIR YOGA a modified and accessible form of yoga where traditional poses are adapted to be practiced while seated in a chair. flyer
