WELLNESS PROGRAMS

Hope House wellness programs focus on renewing and supporting a sense of wellbeing, connection and community for those navigating  bereavement, serious health challenges as well as for caregivers.

These programs offer a soft place to land, an opportunity to pause and take a breath and create the space to attend to the body, mind and spirit.

VIRTUAL 

Mondays 10-11am  

PERMISSION TO PAUSE ​Give yourself permission to pause at the start of each week to restore and renew your body, mind and spirit. Roll out your yoga mat to enjoy an hour of gentle yoga, breathwork and guided relaxation led by Laura Stornelli . This practice is suitable for all types of yogis, bodies and abilities. flyer

QIGONG is a mind, body spirit practice that improves mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing techniques and focused intent that moves and refreshes our vital life force energy. This gentle session lead by Andrea can be done standing or seated.          flyer

Thur April 11, May 9 & June 6, 2024

10 - 11am

A cancer diagnosis can often send ripples outwards touching many different areas in a woman's life. This monthly group creates a gentle space for women navigating a cancer diagnosis to gather for self-reflection, inspired discussion and resource sharing with the focus being nurturing and supporting the essence of one's spirit when facing adversity.flyer

Our virtual Self Care Library contains a selection of Yoga and Meditation practices to do in the comfort of your home and created for our Hope House community by two of our wonderful wellness facilitators, Gwendolyn & Adina
