WELLNESS PROGRAMS~ Weekly, Monthly & Special Workshops

Hope House wellness programs focus on renewing and supporting a sense of wellbeing, connection and community for those navigating  bereavement, serious health challenges as well as for caregivers.

These programs offer a soft place to land, an opportunity to pause and take a breath and create the space to attend to the body, mind and spirit.

Our virtual Self Care Library contains a selection of Yoga and Meditation practices to do in the comfort of your home and created for our Hope House community by two of our wonderful wellness facilitators, Gwendolyn & Adina
