PERMISSION TO PAUSE - Give yourself permission to pause for an hour each week. Get cozy on your yoga mat with blankets and pillows to deeply relax while being guided through a Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra is also known as yogic sleep, the body rest while the mind resets. This practice is suitable for all levels of yogis!

Capturing Gratitude by Switching Lenses

Photographer Karen Glen will be leading an inspired session on how to create a gratitude practice through the medium of photography.

Karen will share that even during times of great challenge and change, pairing a gratitude practice with photography can powerfully shift the lens in which we view the world.

This session will also kick off a "Capturing Gratitude" photography challenge that will run throughout the month of October!

Intro to Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. This 4-week educational program leads participants through step-by-step learning & practicing of mindfulness techniques including seated, laying down, standing & movement meditations. Regain a sense of wholeness & wellbeing, create new relationship with thoughts, feelings & emotional/physical issues, attain greater energy & enthusiasm for life, learn to be more gentle & compassionate with yourself & others.
