Mondays 10-11am  Resumes Sep 12, 2022

PERMISSION TO PAUSE - ​​​Give yourself permission to pause at the start of each week to restore and renew your body, mind and spirit. Roll out your yoga mat to enjoy a one- hour morning session that combines a 30-minute gentle yoga practice with a 30-minute centering guided yoga nidra . This practice is suitable for all levels of yogis! flyer

QIGONG FOR HEALTH & HEALING  ​A mind, body spirit practice that improves mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing techniques and focused intent that moves and refreshes our vital life-force energy. Join Gwendolyn for a 6-week series that will ignite a sense of warmth and wellbeing as we move into the winter season. Using an intentional heart-warming approach through yoga, mindfulness and movement practices, each session will deeply nourish the mind, body and spirit and create within ourselves a place of gratitude, comfort and ease.                                    flyer

Each month will offer opportunities for switching the lens in which we view the world. The journey includes discussion and reflection, and an opportunity to  learn and apply photography techniques to encourage the creation of your very own visual gratitude practice.   flyer
