We are pleased to offer the following virtual wellness programs via Zoom:

Mondays 10-11am
PERMISSION TO PAUSE - Give yourself permission to pause at the start of each week to restore and renew your body, mind and spirit. Roll out your yoga mat to enjoy a one- hour morning session that combines a 30-minute gentle yoga practice with a 30-minute centering guided yoga nidra . This practice is suitable for all levels of yogis! FLYER

Wednesdays 4-5pm
OFF THE MAT GENTLE MOVEMENT & GUIDED MEDITATION SERIES Gwendolyn's sessions create a sense of calm & renewal through the use of a host of whole-body mindfulness practices. Come experience guided meditation, movement, tapping, breathing and mindset practices that will accompany you off your yoga mat and into the rest of your day! FLYER

QIGONG FOR HEALTH & HEALING A mind, body spirit practice that improves mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing techniques and focused intent that moves and refreshes our vital life-force energy. This gentle session lead by Andrea, can be done standing or seated. FLYER

AWAKEN TO AYURVEDA This 4-week series focuses on supporting wellbeing throughout the Winter season by exploring our own unique natural rhythms and discerning how to best balance body, mind and spirit through Ayurvedic practices.
Our virtual Weekly Wellness Practice Library contains a selection of Yoga and Meditation practices to do in the comfort of your home and created for our Hope House community by two of our wonderful wellness facilitators, Gwendolyn & Adina
