Whether you are living with a life-threatening illness, caring for someone you love, or grieving, our programs offer a supportive path toward balance, resilience, and renewal.

Holistic wellness programming created for individuals diagnosed with a life-threatening illness, their families, caregivers, and those who are bereaved.
Our Approach
Our wellness programs focus on restoring a sense of wellbeing while creating space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself and others. Each session is designed to meet participants where they are—offering comfort, community, and tools to support the body, mind, and spirit.
We believe healing extends beyond medical care. It includes emotional support, mindful practices, and shared experiences that help you feel grounded and understood.
Weekly & Monthly Wellness Sessions

Positivi-tea!
FEEL GOOD FRIDAY - Join us for a session that creates sense of uplifted ritual from our routine! A tea-rrific mindfulness session infused with self care practices, gentle movement, aromatherapy, DIYs and the comforting act of sipping tea.
