Hope House offers a welcoming cancer support community where individuals can find connection, comfort, and tools for wellbeing at every stage of their cancer journey—from diagnosis to treatment to post-cancer recovery. Our programs create space to breathe, reflect, move, and heal alongside others who understand what you are navigating.
How The Program Works
Who It’s For
These programs are open to anyone diagnosed with cancer, at any point in their journey. Whether you are newly diagnosed, in active treatment, in remission, or rebuilding life after treatment, you are welcome here. Caregivers are also invited to participate in select programs.
Our Approach
Wellbeing is a sense of health and vitality that arises from your thoughts, emotions, actions, and experiences. Hope House’s wellness programs support your emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing as you navigate cancer. Each session offers gentle guidance, community connection, and time to focus on yourself.

Positivi-tea - Feel Good Friday
Join us for a session that creates a sense of uplifted ritual from our routine! A tea-rrific mindfulness session infused with self care practices, gentle movement, aromatherapy, DIYs and the comforting act of sipping tea!
