How We Help
Compassionate Hospice Care & Support Programs
Care, comfort, and connection—when you need it most.
For individuals and families navigating serious illness, caregiving, or the death of a loved one, Hope House Community Hospice is here to help. All of our hospice programs are provided free of charge by professional staff, trained volunteers, and group facilitators.
Support is offered in your home through our Visiting Hospice Program, in the community, and onsite at our Wellness, Grief & Caregiving Hub on Yonge Street in Aurora. Wherever you are on your journey, we are here for you and your family.

How We Help Families Through Compassionate Support
Our programs are designed to meet people where they are, offering flexible, community-based care and support.
