PROGRAMS & SERVICES
Hope House provides all programs at no cost to individuals diagnosed with a life-threatening illness, family caregivers and those who are bereaved.
Due to COVID-19, face-to-face interactions are slowly returning however we will continue to provide support via video conferencing, telephone, email and contactless drop-offs.
Visiting Volunteer Program
Professionally trained and supported volunteers offer non-medical services to individuals living with life-threatening illness and their families.
Wellness Programs
Certified professionals provide services that promote health & wellbeing. Programs include yoga, meditation, qigong, 1:1 modalities such as reiki, trame, etc.
Grief & Bereavement
Group & 1:1 support and wellness programs are available to children, teens & adults coping with the death of a family member or friend.
Caregiver Support
Group support and wellness programs are available to adults caring for a seriously ill loved one. Support is also available to children & teens coping with the serious illness of a family member.
Pathways Program - Day Hospice
Modeled from our in-person day hospice, the Pathways Program provides an enhanced opportunity for anyone living with a life-threatening illness to find support and connection
Service Area: King Township, south Aurora & Richmond Hill
Individuals from other areas of York Region are welcome to attend if programs are not available at their local hospice.
