All are welcome to attend the meeting, however only members are eligible to vote.

MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY: 

• Members must be 18 or older and

• volunteered for 10+ hours during 2025/26 fiscal year

• &/OR donated $100 or more during the 2025/26 fiscal year

Memberships are annual from the beginning of the fiscal year on April 1 to the end of the fiscal year on March 31 of the following year.

 

RENEWING MEMBERS: Individuals must renew their Memberships up to the start of the meeting but are encouraged to do so as soon as possible to streamline the registration process at the meeting. Members who do not renew their membership prior to the start of the meeting will not be allowed to vote and their Membership will be terminated. However, they may reapply after the meeting.

 

NEW MEMBERS: Individuals who are applying for a Membership must do so at least 48 hours prior to the meeting or they will not be allowed to vote. They may apply for membership anytime after the meeting.
