We're very excited to be celebrating 40 years of compassionate community support! Being the first hospice in York Region, Hope House Community Hospice (Hope House) has provided quality support to clients at home as well as innovative wellness initiatives, cancer survivor groups, caregiver support and bereavement programs including teen and child sessions and camps. We look forward to celebrating this milestone with you!
