Who We Are & Our Mission
Hope House Community Hospice is a not-for-profit organization serving Aurora, Richmond Hill and King Township. We walk alongside individuals and families during some of life’s most vulnerable moments—offering comfort, connection, and care at no cost.
We believe no one should journey through illness or grief alone.

What Is Hospice Care & Palliative Care?
Hospice and palliative care focuses on quality of life, comfort, and emotional support for individuals diagnosed with life-threatening illness and those who are bereaved.
At Hope House, hospice care is not about giving up hope. It is about supporting what matters most, easing emotional distress, and helping individuals and families feel supported, informed, and connected throughout their journey.
Helping the Community with Hospice Palliative Care
Hope House has been supporting individuals and families in Aurora, Richmond Hill and King Township for over four decades. Our impact is rooted in relationships, trust, and compassion. Hear from our community:
