ope House Community Hospice is a volunteer-driven community agency offering specialized services and support to those diagnosed with life-threatening illness, family caregivers, and those who are bereaved. The generous support of our donors and community partners allow us to offer all of our programs at no cost. As part of the "continuum of care", we work closely with care coordinators, nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
